Faulty or Damaged goods
We ask all our customers to inspect goods as soon as they are delivered to you. Please contact us via email or phone within 24hrs of receiving the goods, if you have found them to be damaged or defected. Please send photos of the damage or defect so our team can inspect the damage.
Please note: we can not accept damage claims after 24hrs. Please ask your tradesmen to inspect goods before installation. Bayside Bathroom are not responsible for damages during and post installation. If they are found to have manufacturing fault, it will be covered under the product warranty, please contact us immediately and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
Change of mind
We understand that these things do happen, please contact us via email, within 30 days of purchase, to organise the goods to be returned to us. The goods must still be in its original box, uninstalled or used. We will arrange the goods to be collected. A delivery fee will be charged and is subject to the size of the product. There may be a 20% restocking fee applied to the product. Please note: Custom made items such as shower screen, vanity and stone top are not refundable.
Any sale or clearance items unless faulty or damaged are non refundable.

General Refund policy
